At IZOLPACK, we don't just manufacture premium packaging, we ensure every box reaches the right destination, on time and in perfect condition. With decades of export experience and a strong international logistics network, we plan and manage every shipment from start to finish.

We run our logistics processes in parallel with production planning. From the moment an order is confirmed, we establish a shipping schedule, select the transport mode and begin preparing customs documentation, so that when production is complete, the shipment is already ready to move.

We work with multiple logistics partners across road, air and sea freight, selecting the right carrier on a per-order basis to match the destination, urgency and volume of each shipment.

Europe

For standard road freight, we work with leading European haulage networks. Full truck loads departing from Istanbul reach Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom in an average of 8 to 12 working days.

For express deliveries, our DHL Express partnership is activated. Door-to-door air express service reaches any point in Europe within 1 to 3 working days.

For small volumes or time-sensitive shipments, our express van network is available. Using dedicated courier services, we provide fast and flexible door delivery for samples and small consignments.

France Ro-Ro Transhipment Route

For France and Northern Europe, we actively use the Yalova–Sète ro-ro route. Operated by DFDS with five weekly sailings from Yalova, trailers reach the Port of Sète in southern France in approximately 76 hours at sea. From Sète, trailers are distributed onward by road to France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

The Port of Sète handles a significant share of total freight volume between Turkey and France and Northern Europe, making it a strategic transhipment point. This route offers a strong cost and transit time advantage over pure road haulage for high-volume orders.

Middle East & Saudi Arabia

For Middle East destinations, we offer both air and sea freight options. Fast air cargo to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait is available through DHL Express and our regional air cargo partners. For high-volume orders, regular container shipments are made to the ports of Jeddah and Dubai. Import regulations and customs procedures specific to each destination are managed in full by our team. For shipments to Saudi Arabia, a Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) and a Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC) issued through the SABER platform are mandatory. All certification and documentation processes are managed by our team.

The Americas

Flexibility and cost efficiency are the priorities for our Americas shipments. For high-volume orders, direct container shipments are made from the Port of Ambarlı. Including customs clearance and port handling, delivery to major US ports such as New York, Los Angeles and Miami takes an average of 35 to 45 days. For South American destinations, transhipment logistics are planned via Sète for Atlantic Ocean departure. For urgent shipments, door-to-door delivery within 3 to 5 working days is available through DHL Express.
